Italy is generally better than Brum. Though out in the Navigli on a stag do once. Osso Buco w/ saffron risotto. Buono. Owner gave us a business card with a picture of the canal outside - perfect lighting, canal full of water with sunlight glinting off it. Walked outside the trattoria and the canal from the picture was half drained with a shopping trolley in the mud!!
