Must have told you about my Uncle. Aged 80 had a hop replacement. Surgeon told him to try to walk a bit. Went back the week after and surgeon asked if he’d done much walking…. “Yes, I’m up to about 20 miles a day” He wore that new hip out, had another new one and when he eventually died we held the wake at the gym he still went to daily.
