Good on him. Uncle of mine had a heart attack in his 70s. Taken to hospital and stented the same day, released the next. Made the cab home stop a mile before his house as "I wanted to try it out" Walked 7 miles a day, swam three times a week, lived another 10 or more years and died in his sleep after a Chinese takeaway. Mad as a hatter but a good bloke.
